Join us on Monday, September 26, 2011 at River Bend Country Club for our annual golf outing. 

Opened May, 1999. River Bend Country Club is a golf course with a split personality. The front nine is wide open and plays along the Town River with water, hazards and wind affecting every hole. The back nine plays through tree-lined fairways that are reminiscent of the Carolinas which makes for an interesting round of golf. There are bent grass tees, greens and fairways.

Registration will begin at 7:00AM, with a shotgun start at 8:00AM. Best ball format with prizes for longest drive for men and women, closest to the pin, orange ball and putting contest. Lunch,   raffles and silent auctions begin immediately following at the Charlie Horse in West  Bridgewater. We look forward to seeing you at the tournament.

Congratulations to Mrs. Martin's class, this years winning team in 5th Grader Jeopardy! All of the classrooms did a great job, and a fun time was had by all!

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped to make the night such a success. Thanks also to everyone who came out to watch the taping of the show, now being shown on the local cable channel.

Congratulations also to the winners of our two great raffles. Liz S. won the Taylor Swift tickets and Jennifer F. was the winner of the iPod.

You are invited to a night of Irish entertainment featuring Danny Gill and the "Old Brigade".  Suggested donation $10. April 10, 2011 at 5pm at JP Ryan's on Brockton Ave in Abington. Light refreshments will be provided. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Last year's event was such a success we couldn't wait to do it agian. Join us for what should be another funfilled evening.

Lowe's celebrated the Grand Opening of its store in Abington on January 22, 2009. As part of the festivities, Lowe's presented a check for $1000 to the AEF as part of their Charitable and Educational Foundation campaign.
